For over 8 years at Boston Medical Center, I managed the outpatient Nutrition and Weight Management Center and multiple clinical nutrition trials.

At the same institution, I led students in a study for ‘Yoga for Low Back Pain.’ Since 2002 I have been an integral part of a superb team developing and sustaining a web-based nutrition/exercise intervention program (www.DASHforHealth.com), which is offered to employers as a wellness program.

Prior to BMC, I developed corporate wellness packages for health insurance companies and self-insured corporations.
