Now that it is summer in New England, I've dusted off my bike, oiled the chain, and am getting back to the long road rides & braving the mountain bike trails! It's so good to be outside! I hope you are thinking the same thing because this is just the 1st of our newsletters to get you motivated to live a healthier life.

Being an acupuncturist & personal trainer, I will provide you with tools to rebalance your energy & strengthen your body. Enjoy!!!

Being a dietitian and yoga teacher feels complementary and complete. What goes inside of us (our diet) shows on the outside – glowing skin and healthy nails and hair. What goes on inside of us (our breath, stilling the mind) shows on the outside – clarity, peace, serenity. The physical practice of yoga and the physical practice of wholesome eating are disciplines that create appropriate boundaries for our selves. Discipline aligns with discipleship – the state of being a follower of a principle that guides our actions. I'm delighted to join with Tanya to offer simple methods to achieve a Total Mind and Total Body – Welcome.


Summing Up The Summer

We have officially moved from the cold of winter and chill of spring to the more subtle air of summer in New England. It's time to put away the winter sweaters and unpack the shorts & tank tops. Crane Beach here we come!!

Every year at this time our lifestyle changes. We eat more fresh fruits & vegetables, exercise outdoors, drink more water, etc.

In this newsletter we will provide you with information on how to make these lifestyle changes safely and effectively, while still enjoying what you eat and having fun while exercising!
